Cultivating Hope: A Soul Oriented Meditation Series

Excited to announce our next Soul Oriented Community mediation series! Cultivating Hope, Jan 9 - 20.

Hope is not blind optimism, but rather a cultivated state of being that remains open to possibilities. In this two week series you will receive a new meditation each weekday on different aspects of cultivating hope in your life. Each day offers a short teaching, guided meditation, somatic practice and journal prompts that will take 15-20 minutes. You can go through the series on your own, or with a small pod of others in the community for support and accountability.  The series is open to all current Soul Oriented Patreon Members.
